SERVICE DELIVERY & REFUND POLICY

At Insu Health Design, we are committed to delivering high-quality research, development, and innovation services. Because our work typically involves customized technical projects, consulting, and development activities, refunds are determined based on whether services have been initiated or completed rather than traditional product returns. The following policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.
1. Scope of Services and Service Delivery
Insu Health Design provides specialized services that may include research and development consulting, technical feasibility assessments, product development support, prototype design, innovation strategy, and other technology-related advisory services. These services are typically customized for each client and are delivered according to the scope, timeline, and deliverables agreed upon between Insu Health Design and the client prior to the start of the engagement.
Because many of these services involve dedicated technical resources, project planning, and specialized expertise, work may begin shortly after an agreement is confirmed. Once service delivery has begun, time and resources are allocated to the project, which may limit the availability of refunds.
2. Refund Eligibility and Service Cancellation
Clients may be eligible for a refund only if services have not yet been rendered. If payment has been made but the service engagement has not begun, the client may request cancellation and receive a refund of the amount paid.
If a service engagement has already begun, including consultations, project planning, research, development work, or delivery of any agreed-upon materials, payments for the work performed are generally non-refundable. This is due to the customized and technical nature of the services provided.
In cases where a project is structured around milestones or phases, refunds may be considered only for portions of the project that have not yet started. Any completed milestones, consultations, or deliverables are considered rendered services and are therefore non-refundable.
If Insu Health Design is unable to deliver the agreed-upon service for reasons within its control, the company will work with the client to determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a partial or full refund depending on the circumstances.
3. Refund Processing and Contact Information
If a refund request is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction. Please allow 10–30 business days for processing once the refund has been approved, although the exact timing may vary depending on the client’s financial institution.
Clients who wish to request a cancellation or inquire about refund eligibility should contact Insu Health Design directly with their order or agreement details. Requests should include the client’s name, relevant service information, and the reason for the request.
